When will my order be delivered?

It will be delivered on the second day after the purchase has been made. Cut off time for orders is 4pm. Orders placed after 4pm will carry on to the third day. If you want your order for a specific date kindly get in touch via whatsapp +971 50 3687757.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is a flat rate of AED 30 for anywhere in Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman. Deliveries to Abu Dhabi cost AED 50.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately once the order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.

Can I make a change in my Order?

Definitely. Get it touch within 24hrs of placing your order and we'll help you out. Contact us on whatsapp +971 50 3687757.

What is the delivery time frame?

It's between 10am-4pm.

How do I store my brownies?

Keeping them refrigerated is the best option. They stay fresh for upto a week and a half.

How do I store my cookies?

In an air tight contatiner.

What are my payment options?

It is either via an online payment portal or cash on delivery.

When can I get a mix brownie box?

Mix brownie boxes rounds are done on certain dates. The details are usually announced on our instagram page @meltingmomentscake. You can follow us there for more updates.
